Where is my download?

Once paid you should be able to access the download sections for your account. If this isn't working there are a few possibilities for your download link delivery to be delayed.

Check your spam / junk folder

Sometimes Email clients will filter our mails into the spam / junk folder, please make sure to check your spam folder.

Payments on hold

Unfortunately sometimes PayPal delays or adds a hold on payments when funds are not immediately available. In this case it may take up to 48 hours for our system to be notified that your payment has been completed.
