My animations are not previewing correctly?
Most of our alerts and animation are rendered using the .webm codec. This is a great royalty-free codec which includes transparency making this perfect for streaming. As this codec is relatively new not many video players support it, although all streaming tools do.
If you try to preview our alerts in Dropbox or popular players such as VLC it will not preview correctly as show below
To fix this we recommend previewing the alert in Google Chrome / Firefox (Drag the file directly into a new tab) or in your streaming software such as Streamlabs OBS, OBS, xSplit. (It works with others too.)
